Costs
Budget is always a concern for any company therefore our SUPPORTED247 solution is charged at a fixed rate and includes:
- Audit. We will examine your network in detail and provide you with a detailed configuration document.
- On-site support. All on-site work is included in the monthly price quoted.
- Proactive remote support. We are able to resolve the majority of problems remotely using our remote support tools.
- Helpdesk. You can log a call with our Help Desk via phone, email or web.
- Server Monitoring. We will monitor your server for potential problems allowing us to proactively resolve issues before your systems are affected.
- Fixed Rate Charging. This includes all onsite work that needs to be carried out to resolve issues but does not include project work. This enables you budget with certainty.
Time Based Charging. This is more difficult to estimate as you decide when to call us and therefore how much to spend each month. Onsite support is chargeable in 30 minute intervals and remote support is chargeable in 15 minute intervals.
